About: ENGAGE360 is a full-service events and marketing firm located in the heart of Jacksonville Beach (literally on the beach) that plans and executes custom events and promotions for clients. We work with both corporate and non-profit clients to create turn-key non-profit fundraisers, hospitality trips, experiential marketing tours, acquisition programs, and more.

ENGAGE360 is currently seeking a mid-level full-time event planner whose broad role is to manage clients and plan events. This role requires great skills in communication and organization. Typical duties include: managing client(s) throughout the planning process, vendor coordination, onsite event management, maintaining reports, post event recap, and more. Interested and qualified applicants will receive a list of detailed duties before scheduled interviews.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience post University
• 4-Year University Education
• Must live within 15 miles of 32250
• Must work a minimum of 15-25 night and weekends to execute events.
• Confident and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Possesses a collaborative, inclusive approach and finds ways to over-deliver results
• Proven ability to prioritize and deliver exceptional design at high volumes under tight timelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Bonus qualifications:

• Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud but proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience with website template builders such as WordPress, Wix or Squarespace
• Experience with event software 
• CRM Experience

Generous Vacation:

This is a full-time Monday–Friday position, with occasional evening and weekend hours (approximately 15–25 days per year) to support events. In addition to 10 paid vacation days and 2 personal days, all ENGAGE360 employees receive paid time off for company holidays, plus a work-from-home week between Christmas and New Year’s. On average, employees enjoy approximately 20 days of paid time off annually.
