Job Description
The Events Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of high-quality corporate and client events. Working closely with the Events Manager and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure every detail runs seamlessly — from initial preparation to on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate events, conferences, and client meetings.
Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, materials, and vendor communications.
Maintain event timelines, budgets, and internal documentation.
Support with guest registration, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
Contribute creative ideas for improving event engagement and experience.
Collaborate with internal departments to align event objectives with company goals.
Prepare post-event reports, evaluations, and feedback summaries.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic event management tools.
A proactive, adaptable mindset with a commitment to excellence.
