About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Professional and Continuing Education (PaCE) program. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to expand the program's initiatives, ensuring they meet the needs of the workforce and are accessible to a diverse learner base. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of innovative, market-driven educational offerings, and collaborating with various stakeholders to create programs that attract and retain adult and professional learners. Key responsibilities include increasing student enrollment, strengthening employer partnerships, and ensuring the financial sustainability of the program through data-driven development. The Executive Director will also lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency, expand student support services, and scale career-focused learning opportunities. Applicants for the Executive Director position must have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a Ph.D. preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in higher education, workforce development, or corporate training. The role requires a proven track record in developing partnerships to expand educational initiatives and the ability to navigate institutional processes to design and launch new programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing microcredentials and certifications aligned with workforce demands, as well as in managing revenue-sharing frameworks for program sustainability. Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills are essential, and the candidate must demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
