Location: Office of Developmental Programs
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Remote/Hybrid Work: Position is primarily remote. All state units currently require a minimum of 1 in-office day per month . Additional in-office days may be requested at the direction of the Agency. Candidate must be able to onboard remotely.

Payrate: $25.00 an hour

The  Program Representative – Advanced will serve as a key liaison between the  Adult Autism Waiver (AAW)program and the  HCSIS database system , contributing to system design, implementation, and data management initiatives. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and technical skills. Duties include managing virtual training platforms, supporting stakeholder communication, data analysis, federal reporting, appeals coordination, and functional eligibility oversight.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between the Adult Autism Waiver (AAW) program and the HCSIS database system and consultants.
• Attend and participate in meetings regarding system design and implementation.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries about AAW operations and processes.
• Represent the Bureau in meetings with providers, consumers, and government agencies.
• Manage the  Virtual Training Center (VTC)application: post documents, generate utilization reports, coordinate live web-based training, and conduct follow-ups.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
• Collect, analyze, and report data for waiver applicant lists and federal compliance reporting.
• Serve as AAW liaison for  Hearings and Appeals processes: prepare documentation, coordinate participants, and maintain records.
• Coordinate work of contracted  Functional Eligibility Assessors including inquiries, recruitment, and contracting.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree Preferred Not Required  in human services or public administration (preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in human services or health administration.
• High-level computer proficiency including database design/management.
• Experience with web-based training platforms is preferred.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfortable with email and database systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience working in both leadership and collaborative team environments.
• May substitute one (1) year of relevant education for each year of required experience.
