What You’ll Do:

Diagnose, treat, and manage patient care with autonomy
Collaborate with physicians & care teams
Educate and empower patients
Drive quality outcomes and innovation
Maintain sharp and timely documentation
Float between clinics to fill in where needed
Follow PCMH guidelines and principles, integrating services and whole person care

What You’ll Need:

Licensed as Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Texas
Master of Science in Nursing
Certification in area of practice or eligibility for certification
DEA license eligibility
CPR/BLS Certified; ACLS a plus!
Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
Advanced clinical skills & prescriptive authority
Compassion for all communities
Multitasking mastery & team spirit
