📍 Location: Ohio /New York Pennsylvania - United States (Remote with 85% travel)

Are you a mechanically savvy problem-solver with a passion for technology and customer service? A well-established and innovative global leader in food processing equipment is recruiting for a Field Service Technician to join their high-energy service team.

What You’ll Do:

• Travel across the assigned U.S. territory (85% travel required) to install, maintain, and repair advanced food processing machinery.
• Support customers in the meat, dairy, bakery, pet food, seafood, and poultry sectors.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex systems including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic controls.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and technical teams to deliver best-in-class service.
• Provide technical documentation and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional support and expertise.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical repair.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Solid understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control systems, and industrial machinery.
• Strong communication, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible scheduling, including some weekends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AC/DC servo drives, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Prior field service experience in industrial or food processing environments.
