We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations and strategy for our organization. This role is critical in ensuring fiscal health, compliance, and supporting long-term growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and management.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and KPIs.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Lead annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Implement internal controls and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and cost optimization.
- Supervise finance team members and foster professional development.
Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Sage, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills - Familiarity with cost accounting and project-based financial management.
- Experience with process improvement and automation tools.
- Ability to manage multi-entity or multi-currency operations.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $86,000.00 per year
