Financial Markets & Real Estate - Transactions, Director PwC

Location: Chicago, IL

At PwC, our finance consulting professionals specialise in delivering advice and solutions that help our clients improve financial performance, make better decisions and achieve their goals. As a Director, you will lead strategic client engagements, drive growth in the Financial Markets Advisory team, and mentor the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on complex financial structures and securitisations
  • Leading business development initiatives to achieve growth
  • Making executivelevel decisions that influence client outcomes
  • Managing client engagements, including project oversight and quality assurance
  • Mentoring and developing future leaders within the organization
  • Promoting a collaborative environment where technology and people thrive together
  • Upholding PwCs principles and reputation

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, economics, real estate or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
  • CPA licence, Level3 CFA, JD, PhD, MBA or other relevant professional certifications (e.g., MBA, PhD, CPA, CFA, MBA, advanced finance credentials) are required

  • Masters degree in accounting, finance, mathematics, real estate, engineering or business preferred
  • Expertise in advising on complex financial structures and valuing financial instruments
  • Proficiency in creating and reviewing independent financial models
  • Strong research and analytical skills across industry and client matters
  • Experience with industry software such as INTEX, TREPP, Bloomberg and other valuation tools
  • Excellent communication skills in a professional services environment
