About the Role:

The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas at Murieta Matters LLC. This position ensures that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, contributing to the overall efficiency of food service operations. By adhering to health and safety standards, the Dishwasher helps create a safe and pleasant dining experience for our guests. Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to read and follow instructions in English.
• Experience in a food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy items, as well as stand for extended periods.

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines and manual methods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
• Assist in the proper disposal of waste and recycling materials to promote a clean and environmentally friendly workspace.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members.
• Support kitchen staff by providing clean dishes and utensils in a timely manner to facilitate smooth food preparation and service.
