Freight Invoice Processor

• Contract Duration: 12 months
• Worksite Location: Maplewood, MN
• Compensation: $25-30/hr

What you’ll do as the Supply Chain Analyst:

• Process and verify freight invoices with accuracy, ensuring payments are timely and aligned with performance standards.
• Monitor carrier accounts, resolve issues, and manage daily communications to keep operations on track.
• Identify and correct EDI errors to support transportation performance metrics and reporting.
• Support BOL desk operations, managing daily requests and coordinating with internal teams.
• Leverage SAP TM to facilitate the freight settlement process and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in preparing and managing monthly accruals.
• Compile detailed monthly reports, reconcile carrier accounts, and contribute to continuous improvement in freight operations.

What you’ll bring to the Supply Chain Analyst role:

• Hands-on experience with SAP TM or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of the freight settlement process and transportation operations.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, communications, and tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Experience leading carrier touch-base meetings to address issues and maintain positive relationships.
• Proficiency in compiling reports, analyzing data, and reconciling accounts.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
