Hear from our Founder & CEO, Duran Inci: Here What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for a Front-End Developer with strong UX/UI design skills who can bridge the gap between design and development. The ideal candidate is both creative and technical, capable of transforming user requirements into engaging digital experiences. You should be comfortable collaborating with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders, while also having an eye for detail and usability. Key Responsibilities: Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and engineers Communicate and illustrate design ideas using UX tools such as user journey maps, storyboards, personas, process flows, and sitemaps Create design systems or UI pattern libraries based on solid design principles Develop wireframes, UI mockups, and interactive prototypes to demonstrate both functionality and look-and-feel Produce original graphic designs (icons, visuals, and other UI assets) Prepare and present design concepts and iterations to internal teams and stakeholders Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, applying design heuristics and best practices (e.g., responsiveness and accessibility) Conduct layout adjustments and refinements based on user feedback and usability testing Requirements: Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role Strong proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles Hands-on experience with UI/UX tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision) Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus) Strong understanding of UX principles, design heuristics, and usability best practices Ability to create and present wireframes, prototypes, and mockups Good eye for aesthetics, typography, and detail Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders Degree in Computer Science, Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience What We Value at Optimum7: Commitment to Excellence:Demonstrated ability to take pride in precision and excellence, with a strong focus on attention to detail, organization, and efficient execution.
