About Us

At Goguma, we build AI-native workflows using synthetic personas and mesh-based teams comprised of generative strategy agents. We help organizations—from global marketing agencies to publishers, streaming platforms, and nonprofits—make faster, smarter, more human-centered decisions. Our core technology, an agentic mesh, powers tools that enable each synthetic team to discover insights, evaluate opportunities, and craft winning strategies.

We’re currently developing our flagship product: a next-generation RFP engine designed to support both enterprise clients and mission-driven organizations. We’re hiring developers who want to help shape the future of AI-powered user experiences.

The Role

We are looking for a frontend developer to join our agile team and build intuitive, responsive interfaces for our prototype RFP engine. You will work closely with product, design, and AI teams to translate complex agentic workflows into clean, usable front-end applications.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and development of multi-page web applications using React
• Architect responsive and elegant user interfaces and user experiences
• Work closely with engineers and researchers to bring LLM-powered applications to life
• Contribute to design decisions, product direction, and interface innovation
• Embrace wide creative freedom and help push the boundaries of what front-end can do in AI systems
• Deliver high-quality, well-tested code with minimal oversight

What you’ll have:

• 4+ years of commercial front-end experience post-graduation
• Deep experience with React
• A strong portfolio or track record of building clean, interactive, user-centric web experiences (e.g. multi page web applications)
• A self-sufficient, mature professional who can thrive in ambiguity and move quickly
• Important: As a cutting-edge startup in Agentic AI, we know that some of the best front-end Engineers have taken non-traditional paths . If you’ve built exceptional UIs, contributed to open source, or shipped powerful products, that speaks volumes.

Work Setup:

Remote-first , with preference for candidates in ET or CT US time zones

• A lean, senior team with high ownership , low ego, and a bias toward execution
• You’ll have direct influence on product direction, design, and growth

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $125K – $200k (adjusted for location and experience)
• Equity: negotiable
