Full Stack Engineer - Integrations

Location : Remote or Hybrid (Austin Preferred)

The Role

We’re looking for an Integrations Engineer to help build, maintain, and scale the technical integrations that power Brij’s platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to design and implement seamless integrations with our clients’ tech stacks, including ecommerce platforms, CRMs, ERPs, and third-party marketing tools.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that our platform delivers reliable, high-quality data flows between systems—helping brands unlock the full value of Brij.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Brij and external systems (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce, Klaviyo, NetSuite, etc.)
• Own the technical implementation of new integrations, from scoping to deployment
• Collaborate with customer success and product teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  
   
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Build internal tools and processes to automate and streamline integration workflows
• Maintain clear documentation for all integration processes and data flows
• Stay current with integration best practices, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve Brij’s capabilities
• Contribute to overall platform scalability and security best practices

Who You Are

You’re a strong fit for this role if you have:

• 3–5+ years of experience in software engineering, integrations, or API development
• Proficiency with APIs (RESTful, GraphQL), webhooks, data formats (JSON, XML), and creating APIs following best practices
• Experience with authentication flows (OAuth), third-party SDKs, and familiarity with Node.js and FaaS deployment
• Comfortable with CI/CD processes, version control, and managing developer upgrades and deprecations
• Ability to debug complex integrations using tools like CloudWatch logs
• Experience with ecommerce and marketing platforms (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, Salesforce), and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Prismatic) preferred 
• Familiarity with various databases (MongoDB, Postgres, Redshift, BigQuery)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex integration flows
• Strong collaborator, able to build trusted relationships with partners like Klaviyo and Shopify
• Proactive, organized, and thrives in building scalable, reliable integration solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced startup environment
