A UHNW family is seeking an experienced, reliable, and team-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to join their 20,000 sq. ft. fully staffed estate in Beverly Hills. This is a long-term role for a polished professional who thrives in a 5-star hotel standard environment.

Schedule

• Saturday–Wednesday (days off Thursday/Friday)
• Mon/Tue: 9:00–5:00 | Wed: 8:00–4:00 | Sat/Sun: 10:00–6:00
• Flexibility required and also given — occasional evening coverage for events (OT paid).

Compensation

• $45/hour + Overtime
• PTO + Discretionary Bonus

Role Overview

This is a floating position designed to cover and support other team members on their days off. The residence is home to a single older gentleman with adult children that no longer live at the residence, and occasional guests , so discretion and flexibility are key. You will learn and rotate through all roles in the household. Reporting directly to the Estate Manager , you'll be part of a collaborative team of housekeepers, ensuring the highest level of service and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Back of House (3 days/week): bedrooms, gym, laundry, turndowns/restocks, deep cleaning, supply management.
• Front of House (2 days/week): kitchen support, unpacking/plating lunch orders, table/kitchen cleanup, meeting prep, light service.
• Laundry & Wardrobe Care: wash/dry, ironing, steaming, dry-cleaning coordination, record keeping.
• Turndown Service: room preparation, restocking amenities.
• Pet Care: feeding, preparing for walks, light cleanup (small dog).

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in luxury estate or 5-star hotel housekeeping.
• Strong command of English.
• Professional, discreet, and team-oriented; must sign confidentiality/NDA.
