We are currently looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. Position Summary The Graphic Designer will play a key role in designing and preparing print-ready files for a wide range of large format print applications. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, color management, and file setup for production. You’ll work closely with sales, production, and installation teams to ensure design intent translates smoothly into high-quality printed output. Key Responsibilities Design and prepare artwork for large format printing, including banners, signage, vehicle wraps, trade show graphics, and more. Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual solutions. Ensure all artwork meets production specifications, including bleed, resolution, color profiles, and material-specific guidelines. Manipulate and edit client-supplied files as needed to meet production requirements. Maintain organized file management and version control. Participate in occasional on-site assessments or installations, as required. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a print or sign production environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong understanding of large format printing processes, materials, and finishing techniques. Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual composition. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with vehicle wrap design or environmental graphics is a bonus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. This position requires you work in our office during business hours.
