Position Title: GT Assistant CoachPay: $225/month (September 2025 February 2026)Location: Chandler, AZSchedule: 2 practices per week + 2 tournaments per monthTeam Levels: 11U, 12U, 13U (One Assistant Coach per team)Overview:Great Training is hiring 3 Assistant Coaches to support our 11U, 12U, and 13U teams. Each assistant coach will help the head coach run practices, manage player development, and assist during tournaments.Open Positions:Assistant Coach 11UAssistant Coach 12UAssistant Coach 13UResponsibilities:Attend and assist with two 90-minute practices per weekSupport coaching during 2 weekend tournaments per monthHelp run drills, manage rotations, and encourage playersReinforce Great Trainings values and expectationsMaintain consistent communication and professionalismQualifications:Coaching or playing experience preferredPositive attitude, strong energy, and coachable mindsetPunctual, dependable, and detail-orientedMust pass a background check
