About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic and experienced Head of Finance to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing all financial functions, from forecasting and budgeting to cash flow management and financial strategy. This hands-on position is ideal for a professional who thrives in high-growth environments and is eager to contribute to the scaling of a venture-backed company. Responsibilities include leading the development of financial models, partnering with the CEO on strategic initiatives, and ensuring GAAP compliance. The Head of Finance will also be instrumental in supporting fundraising activities and implementing scalable finance systems and internal controls. Applicants for the Head of Finance role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' progressive finance experience, with a background that includes startups, banking, and/or investing. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of leading finance in a high-growth company, particularly from Series A to C or beyond. Deep expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, accounting, and consumer-facing business models is essential, as is a strong understanding of venture capital dynamics and fundraising processes. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is also a necessary qualification.
