Our client is in search of a dedicated fundraising professional to enhance and expand its capital raising capabilities. This position will concentrate on broadening the firms investor base by engaging high-net-worth individuals, family offices, registered investment advisors (RIAs), and institutional investors on a national and global scale, with particular emphasis on Latin America and Europe.

About the Role

The selected candidate will oversee the entire investor lifecycle, securing new investments while nurturing relationships with existing limited partners (LPs). As the firm gears up to raise $250–300 million for its fifth fund—focused on distressed strategies and high-end residential development—this role will be pivotal in driving growth and scaling its fundraising initiatives.

Responsibilities

• An accomplished senior fundraiser with a proven track record of successfully raising significant capital in recent years from high-net-worth individuals, family offices, registered investment advisors (RIAs), and small institutions for private real estate offerings.
• Possesses an extensive and active network of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, RIAs, and small institutions—ideally with a global reach, particularly in Latin America and/or Europe. The broader the range across LP types, the better—who invest in private real estate offerings.
• Has experience in both debt and equity investments across various fund structures and one-off deals.
• Contributes best practices, innovative ideas, and leadership to the firm in all aspects of client and capital acquisition, as well as client and capital retention.
• Demonstrates sharp analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive results in an entrepreneurial environment.
