About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Private Wealth Platforms and Experience to lead a transformative digital and client-centric strategy within its private wealth business. This pivotal role involves overseeing the end-to-end journey for both clients and advisors, with a focus on digital enablement, operational excellence, and ensuring best-in-class experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive digital transformation roadmap, optimizing client and advisor workflows, and serving as the business owner for all client-facing digital platforms and internal wealth management tools. Key responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of digital and traditional communications, determining the optimal suite of platform capabilities, and overhauling the client account opening and onboarding experience. The role also requires the evaluation of current operating practices and the implementation of best-in-class business processes to drive efficiency and scalability. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of experience in private wealth management, wealth technology platforms, or digital transformation leadership within the financial services sector. A proven track record in overseeing digital platforms and client experience, as well as a deep understanding of private wealth business models, digital client engagement, and advisor workflows, is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience leading cross-functional teams, managing large-scale transformation initiatives, and a strong ability to synthesize feedback and analytics into actionable improvements.
