Nice to have Background in HIPAA compliance, healthcare IT, or clinical operations. Experience working in academic medical centers or non-profit healthcare environments. Day to Day Insight Global is seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager to support a healthcare system in the decoupling of applications from a partner hospital system. This role is administrative and operational in nature, requiring a seasoned project manager to lead and coordinate efforts in alignment with Dana-Farber’s strategic roadmap. The PM will serve as the operational and administrative point person, ensuring alignment across both hospital systems. Responsibilities include managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across IT, clinical, and operational teams; tracking progress against project milestones; escalating risks or blockers as needed; facilitating meetings; documenting decisions; and ensuring project governance is followed.
