Responsibilities: Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain water trucks, dump trucks, and other heavy equipment used for hauling materials and water Material Transport: Transport materials, water, and equipment to and from job sites Site Support: Assist in dust suppression and site preparation by spraying water Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on assigned equipment, including checking fluids, tires, and other components Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members to ensure smooth operation Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment maintenance Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience operating heavy equipment, particularly water trucks and haul vehicles Licensing: Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements (e.g., tanker endorsement) Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and bending Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
