We're hiring HR Generalists for both part-time and contract roles to support key HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration. These opportunities are ideal for experienced HR professionals seeking flexible schedules while contributing to compliance, employee engagement, and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise employees and leadership, mediate disputes, and support a positive work environment
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, retention, workforce planning, and succession planning
• Oversee payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and leave policies
• Promote workplace safety and ensure OSHA compliance
• Track and analyze HR metrics to improve processes

Top Requirements

• 3+ years of local HR experience
• Proven experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration
• Familiarity with policy implementation, compliance practices, and labor laws
