As an Insurance Account Position Team Member, you'll leverage your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to communicate effectively with clients. You'll help identify their unique needs and market the most valuable products and services to meet those needs. You may also assist with developing strategies and setting targets for the team to help grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client insurance accounts and ensure all information is up to date.
Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and inquiries.
Provide valuable information on various insurance products and services.
Process insurance claims and maintain follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field is preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
