Job Description

Enfinity Global is seeking a strategic and hands-on Insurance Manager to lead and manage the company’s global insurance and claims management programs. This individual will play a crucial role in safeguarding the organization’s assets and facilitating its rapid growth across multiple geographies.

Reporting into the Chief Legal Officer, the Insurance Manager will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure robust coverage, effective claims management, and scalable risk transfer strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Administering, buying and maintaining comprehensive property, casualty, management liability and other insurance programs.
• Overseeing all claims, including tracking claims analytics and leading an effective claims management effort.
• Maintaining insurance industry relationships with brokers, underwriters, risk consultants, regulatory bodies and vendors.
• Review insurance and indemnity provisions in construction contracts, supplier agreements, and other legal documents to ensure appropriate risk transfer.
• Manage the organization’s surety bond program, including bid bonds, performance bonds, payment bonds, and license/permit bonds; ensure bond capacity supports ongoing and future project needs.
• Coordinate with project and legal teams to assess bonding requirements to ensure timely bond issuance and compliance.
• Drive accountability in the key processes of developing and managing performance metrics and goals for insurance-related activities.
• Lead enterprise risk strategy by identifying operational and contractual exposures, analyzing insurance performance and loss trends, and presenting actionable insights to senior leadership and financial stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, operations, and safety teams to develop risk mitigation policies, support quality and safety committees, and ensure business continuity across all units.
• Oversee strategic risk initiatives, including due diligence for acquisitions, budgeting and allocation of insurance costs, monitoring total cost of risk, and supporting legal counsel in claims and contract disputes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with an insurance, risk management, engineering, or finance background is preferred.
• Around 6-8 years of large commercial insurance experience in claims management, underwriting and/or risk management, with experience in compliance, financial, and claims forecasting.
• Experience managing renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, and/or energy generation projects is required.
• Professional certifications such as CPCU, CRIS, ARM, or other similar certifications, are preferred.
• Experience working in a global environment that includes the United States, Europe, India and Japan is needed.
• Availability for extensive travel is needed.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Well-organized, detailed, and deadline-driven.
• Ability to influence across functions and lead cross-functional risk initiatives.
