• Sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products.

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

• Educate customers on coverage options to help them make informed decisions.

• Follow up on leads provided by the agency no cold calling.

• Collaborate with mentors and management to improve sales and product knowledge.

• Meet performance goals with integrity, consistency, and professionalism.

Great communication and organizational skills.

Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail.

Bilingual is a plus.

Must hold or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty insurance licenses (we pay for your class/training).

Candidates are subject to a criminal background check as required by the company.
