ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Proactively reach out to new and existing clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and offering personalized solutions.
Sales Target: Achieve and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales strategies and techniques.
Policy Advice: Offer expert advice on policy features, benefits, and terms to help clients make informed decisions.
RequirementsLicensing: Current or eligibility for Ohio Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is advantageous.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Customer Focus: Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and relationship building.
Work: Competency in working within a hybrid setting with minimal supervision.
Team Dynamic: Willingness to collaborate and foster positive working relationships with colleagues.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and digital communication platforms.
