Description: Culligan International, a global leader in water filtration technology and services, is seeking a dynamic administrator to join our team. This remote, full-time role focuses on enhancing and maintaining our systems integration infrastructure and DXP/digital experience platform for our customer portal. Responsibilities include documenting integrations and systems workflow, maintaining processes, enforcing standards, and providing troubleshooting support. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience project managing technology solutions, with the Boomi integration platform, expertise in data mapping and with customer facing portals, strong communication skills, and experience with various CRM, ERP, and technology solutions. Specific Job Function: The Integration and DXP Admin will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the integration and customer portal landscape at Culligan and for our EDG/Enterprise Dealer Group business. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and monitoring deployed integration processes for EDG.
• Managing and monitoring deployed DXP platform for EDG.
• Guiding the vision for the customer portal in partnership with the EDG business to increase digital, customer engagement.
• Providing troubleshooting support between business partners with in-house and contract developers.
• Documenting new and legacy system integrations and portal design elements.
• Managing a roadmap for future growth and value from the DXP and integrations
• Enforcing company standards across all delivered integrations and the DXP..

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with technology project management.
• 3+ years of experience with the Boomi integration platform.
• 2+ years of experience with customer facing engagement portals.
• 2+ years of experience in requirements gathering with business stakeholders.
• Proven track record of leading data mapping exercises between systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with services businesses, Drupal, CRM, and ERP systems is highly desirable.
