A boutique real estate investment firm in Chicago is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a commercial property. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive operations, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction while working closely with senior leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional tenant service
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and vendor contracts
  • Oversee rent collection, lease compliance, and tenant requests
  • Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and capital improvements
  • Partner with leadership on strategies to improve efficiency and control costs

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3+ years of commercial property management experience required
  • Strong financial and budgeting skills preferred
  • Proficiency with Yardi or similar software
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
