• Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to the legal team
• Assist with document preparation, filing, and organization
• Support legal operations and processes as directed by attorneys and legal staff
• Coordinate meetings and manage internal communications
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Profile

• Prior experience supporting a legal team in a corporate or firm environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable with hybrid work schedules and adaptable to in-office collaboration as needed
• Prior Ironclad system experience
