Job Description
We are currently hiring for a *Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)* position at a leading healthcare facility in *Fort Walton Beach, FL*. This is a *full-time, day shift* role with *rotating weekends* and offers a competitive hourly rate along with a *$5,000 sign-on bonus* and *relocation assistance.*
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Provide clinical counseling and behavioral therapy to clients, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for discharge planning and community care coordination.
* Engage with families and caregivers, offering support and resources as needed.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical research initiatives.
*Position Highlights:*
* Full-time Days | 8 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible shift options)
* Work across inpatient units including ICU, ER, NICU, Oncology, and more
* Focus on discharge planning, psychosocial support, and crisis intervention

*Requirements:*
* Active *LCSW license (Florida)*
* *Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)*
* Minimum *2 years of social work experience*
* Hospital or community-based background preferred
