Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Analyst located in Natick, MA. Logistics Analysts are on the front line of customer communication where they establish rapport and build confidence with various stakeholders by driving smooth and accurate purchase order fulfillment functions. Working in partnership with wholesale customers, warehouse teams, and carriers, this role provides full-suite service for all outbound inventory.

Serving as a member of the Supply Chain team, this role also includes participation in other duties as assigned, including ad hoc reporting, inventory reconciliation, and maintaining SOP documents. Regular interaction within the department helps align each day’s priorities and assignments.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Key Performance Indicators management
• Inventory Control and Inventory Management experience
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred, work experience also considered
• Proficiency in Excel required, NetSuite and WMS experience preferred
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
• Experience in high-growth consumer goods is a plus

Compensation

$55-68k plus benefits and bonus potential
