Overview:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- Assisted Living
JOIN AN OUTSTANDING TEAM!
As a Marquis Assisted Living LPN you will assist your facility's Health Service Director (RN), Administrator, and Interdisciplinary team in resident-centered care coordination of residents living in our Assisted Living, which is part of a larger campus that includes skilled nursing services.
Responsibilities may include:
Assessments and follow up on residents with change of conditions, in coordination with the RN.
Participation in move-in evaluations and service plan conferences with residents and their families.
Support in the coordination with physicians and other healthcare providers in meeting resident centered care needs.
Support the RN in Caregiver and Medication Technician training and supervision
Perform other nursing duties as assigned.

Qualifications
The qualified candidate will have an LPN license in the appropriate state.
Experience in a healthcare setting working with the geriatric population is preferred.
Strong computer skills are a must due to the use of an electronic medical records system.
