As a Machine Adjuster , you’ll be responsible for adjusting and maintaining machinery, coordinating workflow within your assigned work cell, and assisting with minor repairs. Your mechanical know-how and attention to detail will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations, quality production output, and minimal downtime. Positions available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

• At least 2 years of machine maintenance background or 3 years of machine operation experience with set-ups and adjustments.

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

• Solid mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools and performing intermediate repairs.

• Ability to read and follow technical documents and written procedures.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or lead in a team setting.

This is a hands-on role requiring the ability to lift to 75 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods. Safety awareness and adherence to PPE requirements are essential. If you thrive in a fast-paced, mechanically driven environment, we encourage you to apply.
