Job Description

Our client, a leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly of printed circuit board assemblies. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Cumberland, WI

Pay: $16.50

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, and program automated and semi-automated equipment for PCB assembly.
• Program and operate computer-controlled SMT machines to place electronic components onto printed circuit boards.
• Prepare and program screen-printing PCB frames for solder application.
• Inspect assembled PCBs for defects and ensure proper functioning of machines.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and make minor machine adjustments as needed.

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand for long periods (4+ hours) while operating machinery.
• Strong computer skills to understand the operation of SMT machines.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality in PCB assembly.
• Good communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable attendance to support training and production schedules.
