• This position is responsible for duties related to incoming and outgoing mail and packages within the Industrial Commission Building, Other agencies, and outside organizations.
• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
• Process mail folding and insertion machine.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of mail services sufficient to determine the most effective method or process.
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel and Google Suite; Gmail, Calendar,
• understand priority workloads and choose the best method practices.
• Identification of applicable document types, Office policies and procedures.

PREFERENCES:

• Having knowledge and experience working in a mailroom and or post office is preferred
