Job Description

Our client, is seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the operations department supporting the maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor 3rd Shift

Location: Scott County Indiana

Pay Range: $70,000 – $75,000 (salaried position)

What's the Job?

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program using Maximo (CMMS) for all machinery and equipment in the facility.
• Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems in processing lines and packaging equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations, including OSHA standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance logs and records, documenting all work completed on equipment.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment, including automated systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements (FDA, SQF, USDA, HACCP, OSHA, etc.).
