We’re currently seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our residential properties. If you’re a proactive leader with deep expertise in building systems and a passion for keeping properties running smoothly — we want to hear from you.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations across multiple residential buildings.
• Lead, train, and schedule a team of maintenance technicians and porters.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively.
• Manage work orders, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep projects.
• Coordinate with property managers and vendors to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.

✅ Qualifications:

• 3+ years of maintenance supervision experience, preferably in multifamily or residential property management.
• Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with NYC building codes and safety regulations.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Certifications in OSHA, HVAC, or boiler operations are a strong advantage.
