Marketing Manager

Women's Care, founded in 1998, is a leading women's healthcare group in the United States, dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for women through their reproductive years and beyond. With 100+ locations and over 400 OB/GYNs and specialists across the country, Women's Care provides comprehensive patient care in obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, gynecologic pathology, breast surgery, genetic counseling, maternal fetal medicine, laboratory services, and fertility.

Women's Care is seeking a candidate for the Marketing Manager position to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing paid search and paid social media campaigns, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives. This position will be based in Tampa, FL. Key responsibilities include multi-platform strategy development, KPI creation and optimization and organic marketing collaboration.

  • Develop and execute paid digital advertising strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other healthcare-focused ad networks.
  • Optimize campaigns for patient acquisition, lead generation, and brand awareness while ensuring compliance with healthcare advertising regulations.
  • Manage budgets, bid strategies, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
  • Work with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with the organic marketing team to align messaging and strategy.
  • Manage partnerships with third-party platforms, agencies, and vendors for PPC, display, and programmatic advertising.
  • Ensure all paid campaigns adhere to HIPAA and other healthcare compliance standards.
  • Stay updated on trends in digital advertising, healthcare marketing, and regulatory changes. Maintains the confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with WC policies, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and other applicable laws and regulations. PHI is a top priority of our organization.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in paid digital marketing, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA, FTC guidelines).
  • Experience managing six-figure+ ad budgets.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Medical terminology understanding is a plus.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
