What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan that drives growth for the firm.
• digital campaigns across SEO, content, social media, email, and online ads.
• Manage our brand presence and create content that positions us as a thought leader.
• Track performance, report ROI, and refine strategy based on results.
• Collaborate directly with the firm owner and manage outside vendors when needed.

What You Bring

• 4–8 years of experience in marketing, including leading strategy and execution.
• A consultant’s mindset—you know how to juggle strategy, execution, and measurement.
• Strong skills in digital marketing, SEO, content, and campaign management.
• Desire to leave behind the inconsistent hustle of solo consulting for a stable, respected role.
