• Ensure compliance with all standards and guidelines throughout the event.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize, execute, and manage retail campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer value and increase sales.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of products or services to educate customers and drive sales.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfort with engaging directly with retail customers.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Quick thinking and adaptability to different customer situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
