Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Specialist who is passionate about healthcare and staffing solutions. This commission-based position will focus on driving new business and building relationships with healthcare facilities to promote SmartGen Healthcare Solutions' services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating effective marketing strategies, identifying potential clients, and driving lead generation efforts to increase our client base and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract healthcare facilities (hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, etc.) and promote SmartGen Healthcare Solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Generate leads through digital marketing, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with potential and current clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations team to understand client needs and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, proposals, and email newsletters to attract new clients.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximize results.
• Represent SmartGen Healthcare Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand recognition and attract new clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our marketing efforts stay competitive and relevant.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, ideally within healthcare staffing or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to attract new business.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• A deep understanding of the healthcare industry and staffing solutions is a plus.
• Proven track record of success in generating leads and closing new business.
