What You’ll Do:

• Lead and grow our Plumbing Service Division — both in the field and behind the scenes.
• Train, mentor, and guide new and experienced plumbers and technicians.
• Sell plumbing solutions on existing jobs and develop new business opportunities.
• Build strategies to expand our plumbing services within the Southeast Michigan area.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems while diagnosing and solving tough problems.
• Work cross-functionally to champion plumbing services throughout the company.

What You Bring:

• Several years of experience in the plumbing service trade.
• Journeyman or Master Plumber license required.
• Strong leadership skills with a drive to win and help others succeed.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A self-starter mindset — you take initiative, create momentum, and always find a way to succeed.
• Passion for raising the bar every day and holding yourself and others accountable.
