Remote Medical Transcriptionist Women Flexible Careers ( ) is committed to helping women find meaningful and flexible remote work. We are looking for a skilled and detail-driven Remote Medical Transcriptionist to transcribe medical documentation and support healthcare teams nationwide. JOB TYPES: Contract; Part-time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Transcribe audio recordings of patient notes, histories, reports, and summaries. Ensure documentation meets accuracy, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance standards. Identify and verify medical terms, abbreviations, and procedures. Proofread and format final transcripts for clarity and professionalism. Consistently meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Prior medical transcription experience is strongly preferred. Proficiency with transcription software/tools is a plus! Solid understanding of medical terminology and healthcare documentation. Excellent typing speed and grammar. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Reliable Internet connection. Laptop or desktop computer. Headphones and a quiet workspace. BENEFITS: Flexible remote schedule. Bonus opportunities and potential for ongoing work.
