Senior Recruitment Consultant @ Meet | Marketing Master's Degree We're looking for an experienced AD/Director of Medical Writing to lead my clients medical writing function and shape the delivery of high-quality clinical and regulatory documentation across our pipeline. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role partnering closely with Clinical, Medical, CMC, Regulatory, and Quality teams. What You’ll Do Lead and manage all medical writing activities across clinical and regulatory programs. Author and oversee key documents, including protocols, briefing packages, agency responses, and major submission components (NDA/BLA/MAA). Translate complex scientific and clinical information into clear, accurate, and compliant documentation. Drive consistency, quality, and alignment across global regulatory documents. Build and implement templates and digital documentation workflows. Manage timelines, cross-functional reviews, and external writing vendors. What We’re Looking For 10+ years' experience in medical or technical writing within pharma/biotech. Strong experience preparing documents for regulatory submissions (NDA, BLA, MAA). Ability to synthesize scientific data into concise, structured content. Deep understanding of global regulatory requirements and ICH guidelines. Exceptional writing, editing, and QC skills. Strong collaborator with proven ability to partner with scientific and clinical SMEs. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable leading multiple projects. Why Join Us?
