Key Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and execute complex renewable energy project finance deals

• Represent sponsors, borrowers, lenders, and institutional investors in non-recourse transactions

• Draft and review finance agreements, joint venture documentation, and secured lending instruments

• Advise clients on tax equity, asset-backed finance, and climate infrastructure models

• Collaborate with attorneys across offices on integrated transactional teams

• Participate in client development and contribute to thought leadership in the energy sector

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of transactional legal experience, ideally in a top-tier law firm environment

• Demonstrated expertise in project finance, structured finance, or asset-based lending

• Hands-on involvement with tax equity, joint ventures, and LLC finance structures

• Admission to at least one U.S. jurisdiction (New York preferred)

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school

• Strong drafting, analytical, and client-facing communication skills
