What You’ll Do

1. Work live buyer leads and set appointments through Realtor.com Market VIP.
2. Conduct professional buyer consultations and show homes.
3. Guide clients through the purchase process with full transaction support.
4. Attend weekly training, roleplays, and masterminds to stay sharp.
5. Leverage our CRM (Follow Up Boss) for follow-up and client communication.
6. Commit to personal growth, collaboration, and hitting your goals.

Who You Are

1. A licensed real estate agent (or actively pursuing your license).
2. Hungry to grow your income and sales career.
3. Coachable, driven, and a true team player.
4. Comfortable using technology and systems (training provided).
5. Available full-time, including some evenings and weekends.
