This position is based in Ketchikan, and we are looking for enthusiastic Non-CDL Drivers who are eager to grow and thrive within the US FOODS® family. Your compensation will reflect your experience and skills, with an expected base rate between $24.00 and $30.00 .

As a Non-CDL Driver, you will be a key player in our team, delivering everything from meats and produce to groceries and supplies. Your hard work is the foundation of our success, and we value your contributions!

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Unload products and organize items in customer storage areas.
• Perform manual heavy lifting of items up to 80 pounds.
• Navigate frequent stops during your shift.
• Deliver products in various weather conditions.
• Verify deliveries with customers and collect payments when necessary.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with necessary endorsements.
• No more than two traffic violations in the past two years; no DUI convictions in the past three years.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• No commercial driving experience required, but one year of multi-stop delivery experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation is based on relevant experience and skills, with an expected base rate between $24.00 and $30.00 . This role is also eligible for retention bonuses and overtime pay. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more!
