Part time role
We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team in New York, New York on a Part time basis . This long-term contract position requires someone who can efficiently manage office operations, including administrative tasks and pantry maintenance. Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining the pantry by stocking and organizing supplies such as coffee and snacks.
• Manage and verify deliveries, ensuring accurate unpacking and restocking of orders.
• Perform administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, sorting and scanning mail, and sending physical documents.
• Assist with event preparation by counting documents, ordering materials, and coordinating food orders.
• Collaborate with building management to register visitors and ensure smooth office access.
• Support mail-related activities, including direct mail organization and maintaining mailing lists.
• Travel to the company office 1-2 times per month to provide on-site support.
• Organize files and documents to maintain a streamlined office environment.
• Coordinate catering and food arrangements for meetings or events.
