Full-Scope Optometrist | Modern Facility | No Weekends | Up to $170K+ Base + Bonuses

Our well-established and growing full-scope practice in the Midwest is seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join a collaborative team providing high-level, medically focused eye care. • Streamlined Support : Every OD is paired with a dedicated technician for efficient, high-quality exams.
• Schedule : Monday–Friday only— no weekends or on-call .

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary : $150K–$170K+ DOE
• Production Bonus : 15% net collections (17% after year one)
• $25K Sign-On/Relocation Bonus : Can be structured for relocation, housing, or student loan repayment

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program
• Eligible for licensure in Nebraska (or willing to obtain)
• All experience levels welcome—mentorship available
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident (no visa sponsorship available)
