Outside Sales Representative – HVAC

Location: Azusa, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time (M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm PST)

As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a motivated, personable, and resilient Outside Sales Representative to join our team. If you're someone who’s not afraid to cold call, can handle rejection professionally, and thrives in building new client relationships, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through cold calls, emails, and client visits
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospects
• Present and promote HVAC products and marketing programs
• Build lasting relationships with contractors, wholesalers, and purchasing agents
• Work closely with the Branch Manager and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Stay informed on HVAC trends, competitive products, and market developments
• Maintain records of sales activity, client feedback, and order status
• Submit reports and sales forecasts to management as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience in the HVAC industry or B2B environment
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology
• Comfortable with cold calling and persistent follow-up
• Outgoing, professional, and personable
• Able to handle rejection and bounce back positively
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
